A plain-language notice about how this portal handles data during the teaser phase.
What we collect
This is a teaser-skeleton portal. The pre-registration form validates your input in the browser and on the server, but no provider is connected and no address is stored, forwarded or sold by us.
Cookies
This portal sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Any analytics or consent tooling added later will be described here before it goes live.
Your rights
Because nothing is stored yet, there is nothing to export or erase. Once a real pre-registration provider is connected, this page will list how to request access, correction or erasure.

Questions about this notice can be sent through the community channels listed in the footer once those channels are announced.
This notice is a teaser-phase summary, not a legal contract.
